about the site

this is the portfolio of oleksandr puchko (pu4ko). here i show my work and take requests for websites for real estate developers, cottage communities, investment projects and agencies.

work and cases

all cases on the site are shown as examples of my work. some of them are concepts i made on my own initiative, and the case page says so directly. project names, logos and photos belong to their owners.

the design, copy and animations of this site are mine. you may not copy them for your own use.

a request is not a contract

the form on the site is there to start a conversation. prices, timelines and scope are fixed separately, in a proposal or contract. figures on the site, such as stage timelines, are approximate and may vary from project to project.

no sales guarantees

i make sites that help sell, but the number of leads and sales also depends on the property itself, the price, the ads and the sales team. so i don't promise specific sales numbers.
